Mobile Application to Test Automatic Meter Reading (Java Micro Edition - J2ME)
If you are a technician on site, you don't have to call the back-office to attempt reading a meter: you can do so yourself with this helpful cell phone application.
Shows connect status, full binary/ascii conversation between the meter and the server on the cell phone app in real time, and displays a user friendly status report at the end of the read-in attempt, including any applicable troubleshooting tips.

Mobile Application to Capture Manual Readings (Java Micro Edition - J2ME)
Do manual capturing of meter readings. You can do so for various readings: do all your billing from Plug and Play Scada (manual and automatic reading meters), smooth your roll-out, etc.
Only manual (virtual) meters and the meters not read-in yet today will be selectable. The Route used is the alphabetic sequence of Place, Zone, Site and Meter Name.
Should work for all types of utilities, including single phase electricity, three phase electricity and water meters.
